Fatima's Pupusas & Tacos started with a simple belief: the best food is the food your grandmother made — and she made it with everything she had.
Every morning, we hand-grind our corn masa, press each pupusa by hand, and cook them on a hot comal until they're golden and slightly charred. Our curtido is fermented fresh, our salsas are made from scratch, and our tacos are built the way they should be — with care.
